• If you have not made a Will, your property will pass according to the Laws of intestacy. This may not be what you would have wished, and in any case it is likely to take longer to finalise than if you had made a Will.
  
• A Will brings security, reassurance and peace of mind, not just for you, but also for those who depend on you. Making a Will is the only way to ensure that your wishes are carried out after your death.
  
• A standard Will states who your executors will be, who will be guardians of your children (under the age of 18 years), where any specific gifts or sums of money are to go, to whom you would like to leave the rest of your estate, and finally your funeral wishes, if you want to state them.

• Other services to compliment your Will include Inheritance Tax based Trusts and Property Trusts. which provide safeguards for your spouse and children, and ensure that you take full advantage of your Inheritance Tax free allowances. These will be explained in detail during our home visit when taking details of your Will.
